When it’s cold and drizzly out, it is warm, humid, and cozy inside. We love the cactus room, and all of the giant tropical plants. Ellie & Mike’s Elegant Detroit Colony Club Wedding
Ellie and Mike had an amazing and elegant fall Colony Club wedding! They began their day getting ready at the Westin Book Cadillac. Ellie and her bridesmaids had the cutest flannel buffalo plaid bridesmaids shirts- perfect for relaxing and/or snuggling on a crisp fall day! The vibe was fun and laid back with so much laughter. Their long green dresses were both lovely and comfortable- an amazing combo, and with pockets to boot! Ellie was smart and wore sparkly flats and her dreamy dress was absolutely perfect for the crisp and sunny fall day. Their bouquets, and all the florals, were gorgeous- designed by Viviano’s Flower Shop. Mike and his guys were so dapper in their navy blue tuxes- a new favorite of ours! Meghan & Eugene’s Elegant Misty Farm Wedding
Meghan and Eugene’s elegant Misty Farm wedding in Ann Arbor was amazing! It was a gorgeous late summer day filled with love and joy. They started out the day getting ready with their family and friends. Eugene’s gift was romantic and thoughtful- a lovely scrapbook filled with photos, receipts, movie stubs- all kinds of memories from when they first met. So touching and sweet. Meghan gave Eugene a super sharp Shinola watch, as well as a long and thoughtfully written letter that totally brought tears, as it was so heartfelt! Their ceremony took place at St. Mary Royal Oak Catholic Church, where Meghan shared a first look with her father. He escorted her down the aisle, and she looked absolutely stunning! Katie & Drew’s Elegant DAC Wedding
Katie & Drew had an absolutely amazing, joyful and elegant DAC wedding. The Detroit Athletic Club was a perfect backdrop for their elegant and happy celebration following their ceremony at the First Presbyterian Church of Ann Arbor. We have been so excited about their wedding day since photographing their relaxed, cozy and beautiful fall Ann Arbor engagement session at Nichols Arboretum. Katie and Drew each started the day getting ready with their loved ones, and opening heartfelt cards and gifts from each other. It was an emotional start to the day with lots of laughter and happy tears. Their first look at the University of Michigan’s Law Quad was beautiful. We think seeing Katie as his bride literally took Drew’s breath away! The first look was so special, and they got to enjoy some time alone.
